  • When is my order roasted?
    All orders are roasted within 48hrs once the order is received. Please note holidays may delay this time.
  • Do you offer ground coffee?
    We currently do not offer ground. Due to everyone's own personal coffee preferences of preparation we let you grind your own consistency. We also want our product to be fresh when it arrives to you. Ground has a shorter shelf life compared to whole bean. We pride ourselves on fresh coffee.
  • How soon can I expect my delivery of coffee?
    Orders received are roasted within 48 hrs. Orders are then ready to be shipped away soon as possible to guarantee freshness. Depending on your location geographical shipping times may vary. Canada Post delivery standards across major urban centres in Canada are as follows. Within the same city: 1 business day Within a region of Canada: 1-3 business days Between two regions of Canada: averages 2-7 business days All order comes with a tracking number.
  • How do I prepare my coffee using a french press method?
    Coarse ground coffee (like sea salt) 1:12 Bean to water ratio (medium -strong brew) Water temperature 200 F | 93 C Preheat press and mug for 1 minute Brew time 4 minutes then press Enjoy Beaver Beans Coffee!
  • I live locally may I pick up my order?
    Absolutely! We'd love for you to pick up your order directly at our Pinantan Roastery location. Just reach out to us, and we'll be happy to coordinate the details for your pickup. Local Kamloops pickup can be available with enough notice. We look forward to making it a seamless and convenient experience for you!
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    You may purchase online directly on our website using a major credit card through our secure Square payment processing. We also accept E-transfers for email orders directly.
  • How do I order directly from you with E-transfer?
    We also accept E-transfers for email orders directly! Please when emailing orders include the following information: Name Address Delivery or Pickup Product & Quantity We will email you a receipt with subtotal, taxes, and total amount. You may pay your total amount then by E-transfer. Once payment is received we will begin your order within 48 hrs.
  • How do subscription services work?
    Our subscription service is now online. The more you order the more you save! We have two available options for those looking for the ease of ordering. You can order on either a bi-weekly or monthly basis. As many beans as you like at one time! The savings keeps growing with every additional bag ordered! If you order more than one bag at each interval you save 10% per bag. Pair that with our $15.00 flat rate shipping and watch your savings grow!
  • I don't see my size on the swag. How do I get my size on your shirts?
    We bring in a small amount of personal stock for our store & markets. However you can go to our Threadless Store and pick your size, color, and logo. Purchase through our Threadless Store and it ships DIRECTLY to you! This gives you control to customize your Beaver Beans swag. Our Threadless Store offers more than just tees. It offer hoodies, tanks, sweaters, bags, mugs, phone cases, and more! Prices on the Threadless store is USD$. You will be responsible for your own custom fees and taxes.
