Introducing our next seasonal offering: Roaster’s Reserve. This is a Orange Bourbon variety from El Salvador, grown on a multi-generational family farm in the Tecapa-Chinameca mountain range region. We’re proud to buy this exquisite coffee directly from the family and farm, ensuring fair trade and ethical practices. This El Salvador family lives in Richmond, BC and shares their beans from their generational coffee farm.
 
This coffee will not be offered to stores as we have only 50 pounds of it. This coffee will be offered exclusively ordering through  our website or direct while supplies last.
 
The beans are cultivated at altitudes ranging from 1,500 to 1,750 meters above sea level, creating a perfect growing environment that imparts a unique flavor profile. This roast is a medium roast.  The notes are silk marzipan, almonds, and some caramel notes.
The cupping score is 86. This is a clean balanced cup!
